Introduction to Beijing Daoxiang Village:
In the 21st year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty (1895 AD), Guo Yusheng, a Jinling native who had the unique food production skills and business strategies of Daoxiang Village, led a few clerks When I came to Beijing, I opened the name "Daoxiangcun Nanhuo Store" in Qianmen Guanyin Temple. Since then, Daoxiangcun has settled in Kyoto.
Introduction to Daoxiang Village:
It originated in 1773, 244 years ago. At that time, it was called "Suzhou Daoxiang Village Tea and Restaurant". When Emperor Qianlong went to the south of the Yangtze River and tasted Daoxiangcun pastries in Suzhou, he praised it as "an excellent food and a rare delicacy" and inscribed a plaque on it, making it famous all over the world.
Daoxiangcun has developed from a single store in the old Guanqian Street store in Suzhou in the early days to now having 9 branches and 6 modern large-scale production bases across the country, as well as in Shandong, Jiangsu, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia, etc. It is a large group food enterprise with multiple raw material direct supply bases.
