1. Mix a sauce: pour hot oil into chopped green onion, minced garlic, millet pepper, Chili noodles and sesame seeds, add a little salt and sugar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, and mix well. Shred cucumber for later use.
