Recipe for stir-fried edamame rice with pepper:
Ingredients: 500g edamame meat, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of diced meat.
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add chili pepper and diced meat and stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Add edamame and stir-fry until it changes color.
3. Add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce and one spoon of water.
4. After stir-frying evenly, simmer over low heat for one minute to enhance the flavor.
5. Turn to high heat to reduce the juice, and take it out of the pot after the soup has dried up.
