1. Preparation materials: 5g of noodles, 2 eggs, ham, shredded pork, shredded carrot, rape, onion, chives, monosodium glutamate or chicken essence, and appropriate amount of soy sauce.
2. Cut the ham into pieces, and shred carrots, onions and onions;
3. Blanch the fried noodles in boiling water for no more than one minute;
