Pineapple Eight Treasures
Ingredients: pineapple, cooked fat, sweet potato, pumpkin, snow peas, peanuts, raisins, glutinous rice, orange peel, cooked lard.
Method: Peel the sweet potatoes, wash the snow peas, peanuts and raisins; wash the glutinous rice. Add water, steam until cooked and let cool. Cut the pineapple flesh, sweet potato, pumpkin, and cooked fat into pea-sized dices; mince the orange peel. Add a little cooked lard to all the above ingredients, mix well, steam in a cage for 50 minutes until cooked.
Pineapple and vegetable juice
Ingredients: 150 grams of pineapple, 50 grams each of green pepper, bitter melon, cucumber, and celery, and a little sugar substitute.
Method: Wash the green pepper and bitter melon, remove the stems and seeds, peel the large cucumber, remove the old skin from the celery, and cut them all into pieces; peel and dice the pineapple. Put all the ingredients into a juicer and add appropriate amount of cold water to make juice. Add a little sugar substitute and mix thoroughly.
Pineapple and Cucumber
Ingredients: 350 grams of pineapple, 100 grams of cucumber, appropriate amount of ginger slices, appropriate amounts of salt, MSG, sugar, and orange juice.
Method: Peel the pineapple, wash it and cut it into pieces; wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Put a clean pot on the heat, add water to boil, put the pineapple into the boiling water, remove it and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the ginger slices until fragrant, add cucumber and pineapple and stir-fry until cooked. Add salt, sugar, MSG and orange juice, stir-fry over low heat until cooked.
Fried cuttlefish with pineapple
Ingredients: cuttlefish meat, fresh pineapple meat, green pepper, bell pepper, onion, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, salt, vegetable oil.
Method: Cut cuttlefish into flowers; cut pineapple, green pepper, bell pepper and onion into small slices; mix the seasonings. Blanch the cuttlefish meat and pineapple meat together for 10 seconds, then remove. Heat the oil in a pan, add the shallots, green peppers, bell peppers and all the seasonings and stir-fry for a few times. Add the pineapple and cuttlefish and stir-fry evenly.
