Stir-fried Pork with Edamame
Ingredients: Pork tenderloin, edamame rice, spicy millet, green pepper, onion and garlic.
Specific steps:
1. Cut the pork tenderloin into small dices, cut the spicy millet and green pepper into sections, and chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, a little salt, a little pepper, starch and cooking oil to the diced meat, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes
2. Blanch the edamame for 1 minute and then drain. Heat the diced meat and stir-fry. Add chili millet, green pepper, minced onion and garlic, stir-fry until the diced meat changes color. Add edamame and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add a little salt and chicken essence to taste, pour in half a bowl of water starch, reduce the juice over high heat and stir-fry evenly before serving.
