Potatoes: 300g, beans: 100g, chopped green onion: 5g, ginger slices: 5g, star anise: 1, peppers: 1, thirteen spices: 1g, soy sauce: 3g, water: 300ml, salt.
1. Peel and dice potatoes, dice beans, chop onions and slice ginger for later use.
2. Pour into the pot, then pour in ginger slices, chopped green onion, star anise and pepper until fragrant.
3. Pour in beans, potatoes and thirteen spices and stir well.
4. Add appropriate amount of water and salt, then boil over high fire and simmer for 40 minutes.
