The Correct Method of Pickled Chicken Feet with Lemon in Thailand
Preparation materials: chicken feet, pickled peppers, star anise, fragrant leaves, pepper, ginger, white wine, vinegar, salt, lemon and millet pepper.

First, remove the nails of chicken feet and cut them into small pieces. The size is according to your own preferences, and the smaller one is just for convenience.

Second, then boil water in the pot, and add pepper, fragrant leaves, ginger and star anise in turn, as shown in the following figure.

Third, if the water bubbles slightly, you can add chicken feet, put white wine and white vinegar, and add salt according to your own taste.

4. After the chicken feet are cooked, take them out and cool them in cold water. After cooling, try to wash off the oil slick on the chicken feet.
