Steps
1. Prepare a sea fish, clean and cut a slit in the back, apply a little salt and pepper on the fish.
2. Prepare sand ginger, garlic and edamame.
3. Peel and mince the ginger and garlic, and mince the edamame.
4. In a bowl, add the right amount of soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, pepper and a little water, mix well into the sauce.
5. Spread the sauce on the fish.
6. Remove from the water and set over high heat for eight minutes.
7. Open the lid of the pot and add the cilantro.
8. Before opening the lid of the pan, open another pan and fry the shallots in a little olive oil.
9. Then drizzle the oil onto the steamer plate, then cover the pot and simmer for a minute or so to open the lid and remove the plate, ready to serve.
