Personally, I think because Chef is too demanding:

Premise: There are 100 people for dinner every night, and they are spread equally among the red and blue teams. Each team has to cook dishes for more than 50 people, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, etc.

The time for cooking each table is very short. Chef will scold your mother if it takes more than 7 minutes, which explains why many people serve the dishes raw (even if it takes 3 minutes for each dish, it takes 2 and a half hours for 50 people).

Chef requires that the main course and side dishes in each dish should be served at the same time, such as fried chicken with French fries. If the French fries are not fried well, the fried chicken should be fried again, so the chef is required to play smoothly every time.

Who can cook a dish at home in such a short time, not to mention resisting Chef's scolding and communicating with his teammates?
