Make sashimi
Choose a fresh fish with less thorns, peel it, and scrape the fish paste directly with a knife in the middle. You can add fish sauce to porridge or noodles and cook them together to enjoy the delicious fish flavor.
Matters needing attention in adding fish sauce
You can feed your baby 1 ~ 2 times a day, 2-3 tablespoons each time. Breast-fed babies can try to add fish sauce after 4 ~ 6 months, while breast-fed babies can start adding a small amount after 2 ~ 3 months. Remember to choose the fish in your stomach to feed your baby, which is almost spineless and safer.
Make cooked fish sauce
Choose a fresh fish with less thorns, steam it, peel it and remove the thorns. Mash the fish paste, add a proper amount of seasoning and feed it directly to the baby.
Cook steamed fish
Choose a bream or hairtail, clean it, cut it into pieces or diced it, marinate it with seasoning, steam it in a pot, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and cooked oil.
