The time will vary depending on the weight, as follows:
1. If the weight of the steamed buns is within 2 taels, steam them for about 15 minutes after opening the pot.
2. If the steamed buns are very large, 3-4 double steamed buns, they need to be steamed for a longer time. After the water is boiled, they need to be steamed for about 30 minutes.
3. If you are worried that the steamed buns are not cooked, it is recommended to touch the steamed buns with your hands after steaming. As long as the surface of the steamed buns is not sticky, it means it is steamed.
