Where does laver come from?
1, production area
Porphyra is mainly produced in China, Japanese, Korean and other places. Among them, Porphyra in China is mainly distributed in Fujian, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong and other regions. Porphyra belongs to Saussurea, mainly growing in intertidal zone. It has been cultivated in China for more than 300 years, and there are more than 30 varieties of Porphyra/kloc-0.
2. Variety introduction
The common species of Porphyra are Porphyra haitanensis, Porphyra yezoensis, Porphyra rotundifolia, Porphyra yezoensis and Porphyra hemiphylla, among which Porphyra haitanensis is a unique cultured species in China, mainly distributed in the coastal areas of Guangdong, Porphyra yezoensis is mainly produced in Jiangsu, while Porphyra rugosa is distributed in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea.
3. Collect spores
It is necessary to collect plant spores to cultivate laver. The net rope made of synthetic fiber can be put into the pool to cover the spores of laver, and the best seed collection time is about 10 every morning, because this is the peak period of laver release, and the spores can be collected the most.
4. Maintenance management
When raising laver, put the net rope into the sea to let the plants grow quickly. After the emergence of laver, diluted liquid fertilizer should be applied to it, and weeds on the net rope should be removed to make laver mature quickly. The growth state of laver should be observed regularly to prevent pests and diseases and maintain the normal growth of laver.
