1. Clean the spareribs, put them in a pot with cold water, bring them to a boil with strong fire, and then take them out and rinse them off.
2. Add the right amount of oil to the wok, add the ribs and fry until the surface is golden, and serve.
3. Put the fried ribs in a pressure cooker, then add ginger slices and green onions, add appropriate amount of hot water, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
4. Peel the yam and cut it into sections.
