How to make smoked salmon
Ingredients
500 grams of salmon, 25 grams of green onions, 25 grams of ginger, 10 grams of coriander, 7.5 refined salt grams, 5 grams of cooking wine, 3 grams of MSG, 25 grams of sugar, 750 grams of oil (approximately 30 grams of oil consumption), a little sesame oil, a little light soy sauce.
Preparation method
