Materials
Chicken 1 (preferably chicken), mushroom 10, ginger, green onion, cooking wine, salt
Practice
1, chicken clean and processed.
2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water (about an hour)
3. Cut the chicken into pieces, put it into a pot, pour in enough cold water, bring it to a boil, and skim off the floating powder.
4, put ginger and scallion.
5, pour a little cooking wine.
6, pour in the water for soaking mushrooms (note that there will be dirty sediment underneath, don't pour it in together haha)
7, put in the soaked mushrooms.
8, large fire boil, turn the fire slowly simmer for about one and a half hours.
9, when the chicken can easily penetrate with chopsticks, add salt to taste.
