2. Duobao fish is the English translation and trade name of turbot, also known as European flounder. Turbot belongs to the genus Scophthalmos, Scophthalmus, and its main producing area is located on the east coast of the Atlantic Ocean, and it is one of the rare low-temperature economic fish species in the northeast Atlantic Ocean. 1992 was first introduced to China by Huanghai Fisheries Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, and now it has become the main aquaculture species in China, especially in northern China.
3. Scophthalmus maximus is a cold-temperate, benthic omnivorous fish, which can withstand the water temperature of 1℃~28℃.
