Ingredients we need to prepare: yam bean, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 1: Rinse yam bean first, then put it into a basin, then add a little flour into the basin, stir it evenly by hand, and soak yam bean in flour water for a while. This will make the surface of yam bean cleaner. Soak it well, then wash it with clear water, pick it up after washing, and dry it in water for later use. Then clean the prepared pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, cut the pepper into small circles, cut the onion into chopped green onion, and cut the ginger and garlic into powder for later use.
Step 2: Add a proper amount of water to the pot, put the steamer on the pot, then put the yam bean on the steamer, boil the water over medium heat, then steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Time is up, and yam bean is getting ripe. I wonder if it's steamed. You can prick yam bean with chopsticks. If it can be easily pierced, it means it is ripe. If not, continue steaming for a while.
Step 3: Add the right amount of oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, pour the pepper and ginger and garlic into the pot, stir-fry over low heat, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then pour the steamed yam bean into the pot and stir-fry for a while, then add some soy sauce, salt and cumin powder. After adding seasoning, continue to stir-fry until the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Step 4: Wrinkle the fried skin in the yam bean, then pour the chopped green onion into the pot and stir well. Finally, turn off the fire and you can cook.
