2. Grafting method:
Obtaining scions: selecting well-growing plum trees, selecting relatively strong branches, and cutting new buds from them. Then cut it to 5-7cm and leave 2-3 new buds on it. Then you need to cut the bottom of it into a wedge with a thick side and a thin side.
Rootstock treatment: plum, peach or cherry trees with good growth conditions are selected and sawed off from 6- 10cm above the ground as rootstocks.
Grafting: cut a hole about 3cm deep on the cross section of the rootstock with a knife, then insert the cut scion with the bottom down into the wound of the rootstock and wrap it with plastic strips.
Post-curing: slowly cure for a period of time after connection. If it rains, keep out the rain in time and don't let it flow into the interface. After a period of time, the new buds will survive and start to grow.
