This is a common shellfish in the East China Sea, called bergamot snail, which looks like a hand, and in some places it is called ghost claw, all of which are pictographic names. This kind of snail can be cooked with ginger salt water and tastes particularly delicious. If you have the opportunity to come to Wenzhou, Taizhou and Ningbo coastal areas, you can often eat them.
