First, milk tea
material
Appropriate amount of black tea, milk and water.
method of work
1. Pour a proper amount of black tea granules into the drip coffee pot and add hot water several times to get black tea water.
2. Add the right amount of milk as you like, pour it into the milk pot and heat it until it is open.
Tips
You can also boil the black tea granules and milk directly, and then filter the tea residue. The milk tea thus obtained is thicker and smoother.
Second, traditional salty milk tea
First, mash the tea and put it in a white water pot to cook. After the tea is boiled, boil until the tea is strong, remove the tea with a colander, continue to burn for a while, and spoon the tea while cooking. After it is concentrated, add a proper amount of fresh milk or milk powder, spoon it until the tea and milk blend, and then boil it again to become fragrant milk tea.
Method of boiling milk tea: 1. Stir-fry millet (it blooms like popcorn); 2. Make brick tea (red); 3. Take out the tea leaves (only leave the soup without leaves) or pour out the tea, so that there is no tea residue in the tea, which is very clean; 4. Pour in the fried millet, cook for 2 minutes, and then pour in pure milk (not a bag of milk, that is not good to drink); 5. Cook for another 4 minutes, and add a small amount of salty salt; 6. Butter can also be added (a small amount can be added); 7. You can taste it.
Third, sweet milk tea
1. Put the black tea into the teapot filter, pour a little boiling water, and filter out the first tea after the tea leaves are spread out.
2. Then rush into the appropriate amount of boiling water and let it stand for about 3 minutes.
3. Put white sugar in the cup.
4. Rush into the brewed black tea and mix well.
5. Heat the milk until it is warm, pour it into the tea and mix well.
6. Take a detailed filter and put it on the cup.
7. Pour in milk tea.
8. Pour the filtered milk tea into a cup to drink.
The quantity of black tea, milk and sugar can be adjusted according to personal taste.
Fourth, the main efficacy
In Tibetan pastoral areas, herders use natural milk and tea to make milk tea. Milk is rich in protein, fat and other advanced nutrients. Tea contains caffeine, vitamins (Vc, Vp, nicotinic acid, folic acid, etc.), tannic acid, theophylline, aromatic oil, amino acids, sugars, various minerals, chlorophyll and more than 300 kinds of beneficial chemical components. Milk tea made of natural milk and black tea can get rid of greasy, help digestion, benefit thinking and refresh, induce diuresis and detoxify, and eliminate fatigue. However, milk tea sold in the market generally does not contain milk and tea ingredients, which will only cause harm to health.
