Parker Pen was founded by George Safford Parker in 1888.
George Safford Parker was born in Shulsburg, Wisconsin, USA, with the number 1863. In order to supplement his meager salary, George Safford Parker became a middleman, mainly helping John Holland's pen company to sell pens to his students. He took each pen apart and repaired it, and then returned it to the students.
In order to eradicate these defects, George Safford Parker designed and manufactured his own pen-Parker pen with his own mechanical experience. And founded Parker Company on 1888. Parker believes that only by "making products more perfect will people buy them". This business philosophy has been guiding Parker Company to make "better pens".

History of parker wrote:
189 1 year, George Stafford Parker founded the Parker brand. In the early days, Parker's pen used a slender traditional tongue design, which was called "lucky curve", that is, an elbow was extended from the end of the tongue, and the end of the elbow was bent towards the wall of the ink reservoir and clung to the wall. Parker has an exclusive patent on this design. Theoretically, this will make the ink flow back to the ink reservoir along the elbow when the pen is not used.
/kloc-The competition in the pen market in the 1920s was fierce, and the "lucky curve" was Parker's advantage.
Duofold Century Series launched by 1922 occupied Parker's high-end production line of 1920. Tofu is a majestic large sum with a square tail. Some rare colors (especially orange) are very collectible today.
During 1990, Pike was acquired by Gillette Company, but Pike now belongs to Sanford Sanfu Company under Rubbermaid, and Lebermaid also owns Waterman Vidivin. Like some big American pen companies before, Parker is now headquartered overseas and in Britain.
