Steps of burning meat with dried vegetables and bamboo shoots
1.? Soak dried vegetable bamboo shoot in warm water for 2 hours,
2.? Wash and filter dry after soaking hair;
3.? Cut the pork belly into pieces, boil it in clear water 1 min, take it out and wash the blood stain;
4.? Heat a wok, add vegetable oil to heat it, add onion and ginger slices to stir-fry for fragrance;
5.? Stir-fry the meat until the oil comes out, cook the cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, add soy sauce, salt and sugar and cook for 10 minute;
