Ingredients:
400g of flour, 4g of yeast (dry), 280g of water, 8g of refined salt and proper amount of peanut oil.
Cooking steps:
1. The night before, put all the ingredients in a basin to make a slightly soft dough, cover it and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
2. This thinness and softness will do.
Pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the pot, and I use peanut oil.
4. Put the dough on the greased chopping board (I use an electric baking pan, so I can be lazy and don't have to deal with the oil panel) and press the dough flattening agent by hand to make an oil cake. If you like the crispy oil cake, you can roll it into 1mm thickness. If you like the fleshy oil cake, you can roll it into 2mm, and cut the middle of the dough with a knife two or three times.
5. When the oil temperature is 80% hot, put in the dough sheet and gently press the surface of the oil cake with chopsticks to make the oil cake evenly heated.
6. Deep-fry until golden and foaming. Turn over and fry the other side until both sides are golden.
Cooking tips:
1, it is best to use plastic panels to make flour paste. Before making flour paste, apply a little cooking oil to avoid adhesion. Other panels, oil is easy to soak into the plate, not easy to clean. So it's still good to use the electric baking pan. 2. The amount of salt can be increased or decreased according to your own taste. 3, sesame seeds can be added to the dough, and the taste is more fragrant. 4. When the oil temperature is 80% hot, put the dough into it, gently press the surface of the oil cake with chopsticks, so that the oil cake is heated evenly, and it should be fished out when it is fried to golden yellow to avoid frying. 5, a bowl of hot soybean milk, a fried cake, and a dish of small pickles are often the classic breakfast of many people. In the morning, delicious fried dough sticks, accompanied by strong-smelling five-grain soybean milk ground by soybean milk machine, will be served with a nutritious and healthy breakfast.
