1. Main ingredients: two green peppers and one section of braised pork sausage.
2. Accessories: ten shredded ginger and ten red peppers.
3. Ingredients: salt, half a teaspoon, cumin powder, one-third teaspoon, curry powder, one-third teaspoon, five-spice powder, one-third teaspoon, chicken essence, one-quarter teaspoon.
4. Wash and shred the green peppers and cut the sausage into thin strips.
5. Put a little more oil in the pot and stir-fry the fat intestines until they are slightly yellow and dry.
6. Strain out all the oil in the pot and use it to fry vegetables instead of throwing it away. Add dried chili shreds and ginger shreds and stir-fry until fragrant. Add salt, cumin powder, curry powder, five-spice powder, and stir-fry evenly.
7. Add green pepper and fry until raw. Some people prefer green peppers that are not soft, so they fry them less, while others prefer soft green peppers. Then fry it for a while.
8. Take it out of the pot and add some chicken essence to enhance the flavor.
