1. Nan'ao Island

Nan'ao Island is located at the border of Guangdong Province and Fujian Province, and consists of 23 islands, which has an important strategic geographic location. The island is known as the "barrier of Chaoshan and the throat of Fujian and Guangdong", providing rich ecological resources. Nan'ao Island is home to more than 1,400 species of tropical and subtropical plants as well as a variety of wildlife, and is an important part of the Hau Bird Nature Reserve. In addition to historical sites such as the Chang Shan Mei Fortress, the General's Palace and the Xiongzhen Pass, there are also tourist attractions such as the Huanghuashan National Forest Park and the Qing'ao Bay Tourist Area. As the only island county in Guangdong Province, Nan'ao Island is also the only national 4A-level tourist attraction among the 14 island counties (districts) in China.

2. Lotus Peak

Shantou Lotus Peak, located in Haimen Town, Chaoyang County, is close to Haimen Bay, with a unique geographic location and geological structure, and a starry landscape. It boasts many attractions such as the Mass Grave, the Terminal Stone, the Zhongxian Ancestral Hall, the Ancient Battery, the Qiquan Well, the Wangfushi Stone, and many other inscriptions and stone carvings by celebrities.

3, Boulder Scenic Area

Boulder Scenic Area is located in the south of Shantou Bay, consists of coastal terraces and 43 mountain peaks, with a comprehensive feature of the sea, mountains, rocks, caves and humanistic landscapes. The scenic area is planned as six scenic spots, including Tsao Shi Scenic Spot, Pagoda Mountain Scenic Spot, Flame Peak Scenic Spot, Incense Burner Mountain Scenic Spot, Penjia Mountain Scenic Spot and Suan Scenic Spot. Among them, Pagoda Mountain Scenic Area is one of the most concentrated attractions. In Pagoda Hill Scenic Area, tourists can climb up to the Piaoran Pavilion to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Shantou Bay. Climbing up and looking far away, groups of gulls fly and hundreds of barges compete with each other, which is refreshing and relaxing, as if you are in the clouds.

4, Qianmei Ancient Village

Qianmei Ancient Village is located in Longdu Town, Chenghai District, Shantou City, is a settlement of the Chen family name, the village was founded in the late Yuan Dynasty, has a deep cultural heritage, many overseas Chinese, and has produced dozens of national dignitaries and giant businessmen.

Zhao Ziyang, Hu Jiao, Zhuang Shiping, Jiang Xiaoyan, Princess Sirindhorn of Thailand and dozens of other domestic and foreign dignitaries have visited the village. Qianmei Village has been honored as a characteristic tourism village of Guangdong Province, an ancient village of Guangdong Province, and one of the 30 most beautiful villages in Guangdong Province.

5, Chen Cihong former residence

Chen Cihong former residence of the architectural history can be traced back to the Xuantong two years, after nearly half a century of careful construction, cohesion of several generations of the Chen family's efforts. This ancient residence has a number of mansions such as Langzhong Di, Shoukang Li, Shanju Room, Sanlu, etc. It covers an area of 25,400 square meters and has 506 halls and rooms.

Of these, the "Good House" was built in 1922, covering an area of 6,861 square meters, with 202 large and small halls and rooms, is the largest of all the mansions, the most beautifully designed, the most complete preservation of one.

6, Qing'ao Bay

Qing'ao Bay is the premier scenic spot on Nan'ao Island, which is located at the easternmost tip of Nan'ao, with a 2.4-kilometer-long coastline. The coastline here meanders and forms the shape of a crescent moon. The sea in Qing'ao Bay is as calm as water, and the beach has a gentle slope, making it a natural seaside bathing spot.

As one of the two A-class seaside natural bathing beaches in Guangdong Province, Qing'ao Bay has won praise from tourists for its unique geological formations and pleasant natural scenery. Qing'ao Bay is not only blessed with beautiful natural landscapes, but also with rich historical relics. Lu Xiu Fu's Clothes Mound is a representative of these historical sites, which bears witness to Lu Xiu Fu's heroic deed of escorting the last royal family of the Southern Song Dynasty to take refuge in this place.
