Braised Pork Ribs
Ingredients to prepare: Cured Pork Ribs
Method
1. Cut the ribs and remove from the stewed water
2. Heat oil in a pot and fry the ribs until slightly brown, then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine
3. Pour in water to cover the ribs and simmer for 10 minutes, then add garlic leaves Stir-fry until cooked and ready to serve
