About Wuling Mountain

Wuling Mountain is a national nature reserve with a forest coverage rate of 93%. The main peak is 2118m above sea level, which is one of the highest peaks in Yanshan Mountains (the highest peak in Yanshan Mountains, East Monkey Peak, is 2292m above sea level).

Wuling Mountain spans Dexing County in Chengde, Hebei Province and Miyun County in Beijing. There are three doors in the scenic spot: the main entrance (also called the south gate), the north gate and the west gate. The main entrance is in Xinglong county, and the north gate and west gate are in Miyun county. Wuling Mountain includes four scenic spots: Xianta, Qingliangjie, Longtan and Wulongtou. There are roads in the other three scenic spots, except Longtan scenic spot, where there is no road, so we have to walk.

At present, there are four major scenic spots 100, which are mainly eco-tourism, namely Ren Xian Pagoda Scenic Spot, Wulongtou Scenic Spot, Longtan Scenic Spot and Qingliangjie Scenic Spot. With the strengthening of management and construction, the six functions of tourism, shopping, entertainment, eating, living and traveling are basically matched and have a certain scale.
