Ingredients: oatmeal 70g, mushroom 100g, rape 150g, salt, broth and a little vegetable oil.
Exercise:
1. Pour a little oil and hot oil into the pot.

3. Cut the rape into shreds and pour into the pot, stir-fry until soft, and add water to boil.
4. Pour in Quaker oats and cook for about 1 min.
Ten, mushrooms, corn and winter melon soup
Ingredients: wax gourd 400g, cooked corn 50g, mushroom 100g, oil, salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil.
Exercise:
