How to make Bozhou duck pot
Ingredients: salted duck legs, two lotus roots, a few red dates
Seasoning: salt, cooking wine, ginger, pepper , green onion
Method:
1. Chop the salted duck into pieces, blanch and wash.
2. Peel the lotus root and cut into pieces, slice the ginger and cut the green onion into sections.
