The practice of beggar chicken:
The materials are prepared as follows: killed chicken (pickled with oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce and ginger), chicken with barbed wire, pot for boiling mud, cotton rope for tying chicken, banana leaves picked on the mountain, lotus leaves picked in the pond below the mountain, bottles of spring water in Happy Valley (besides boiling mud, you can also cook corn and cabbage picked on the mountain), mud on the mountain, dry branches and a few stones.
Take a basin and boil the mud with spring water. Choose high viscosity mud.
Then wrap the chicken with lotus leaves, so that it is tightly wrapped, otherwise the mud will stain the chicken later.
Then wrap the chicken wrapped in lotus leaves with mud. The thickness of the mud is about 2 cm.
Then wrap the chicken wrapped in mud with banana leaves and fix it with cotton rope, because the barbed wire is put when the mud is not dry, lest it fall apart.
Roast the chicken until the mud cracks, which proves that it is cooked. This has a lot to do with the thickness of mud. If the bag is too thin and not ripe enough, it will get old if it is too thick, so you need to master the main experience.
After baking, remove the mud and eat.
