Production process:
After peeling the walnuts, stir-fry them with low fire until they are slightly yellow, or bake them in the oven at 160 degrees for 8 minutes, so that the fried or roasted walnuts are more fragrant.
After washing the red dates, steam them in water for 8 minutes. There is no fixed quantity of materials. Adjust them according to the size of your own molds. You can prepare more. If you can't finish eating, you can eat directly. It is recommended to put more walnuts.
Steamed soft dates are easy to core with chopsticks. If it is not easy to operate, it can be broken with a knife. The red dates that have been pitted can be cut with a knife, and the epidermis should be placed downward as far as possible. If it is compact, you can put more in the middle to fill in the blank.
After laying the red dates, spread the walnuts as evenly as possible. It is suggested to put more walnuts to make them more fragrant. After the walnuts are put away, they will be wrapped in red dates in turn. Don't leave gaps when compact. You can divide them into two layers.
Cover the oiled paper with a rolling pin or other convenient tools and press hard. You can press it hard with a flat cup or something. If the scroll is not enough, you must press hard.
Compaction can be eaten directly. If there is an oven, brush a layer of honey water (10g honey and 5g water) on the surface, then sprinkle with white sesame seeds and bake at 130 degrees for 20 minutes, which will be more fragrant.
It will swell after baking, so press it while it is hot. After cooling, it can be demoulded, taken out and cut into pieces with a knife. Soft waxy sweet and nutritious, be sure to put more walnuts, super fragrant.
