Ingredients: 200g red bean paste, 100ml water, 30g sugar, 5g agar;

Soak agar in cold water for 15 minutes.

After boiling the red beans, use a blender to make bean paste.

Mix soybean water, sugar and water to boil, turn off the heat, add agar and stir until the agar is completely dissolved.

Put a layer of plastic wrap in the container, pour the cooked bean paste into it, cool it and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies, then it becomes yokan.

Take the yokan out of the container and cut it into pieces before eating.
Tips
1. The agar must be soaked until soft.
2. Put a layer of plastic wrap in the container so that the yokan can be easily taken out.
3. If you use ready-made bean paste, the amount of sugar should be increased or decreased according to your own taste, and the amount of water should be increased. I use freshly ground bean paste that has not been fried with sugar.
