How to make cakes

Cake is a food that most people like to eat because its aroma is very attractive. Many people will go out and buy some cakes to take home for breakfast when they are too lazy to cook. Yes, but cakes bought outside contain food additives, and eating too much of them is not good for your health. So you can try making cakes at home. Today I will show you how to make cakes at home in the simplest way.

1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, and put them into two large basins without oil and water; add milk, four spoons of milk powder and 125ml of water. It’s best to use liquid milk. Since I didn’t have any, I used milk powder instead.

2. Process the egg yolks: Crush the egg yolks, add one-third of the sugar, milk, 25g condensed milk, and vegetable oil, stir evenly, and melt the sugar. Sift in flour and cornstarch. Be careful not to draw circles when stirring, but turn it up, down, left and right.

3. Beat the egg whites. This is a strenuous job. It would be best if you have an electric egg beater. If not, you can also use a manual egg beater, which will be very tiring. If you don’t have a manual egg beater, you can use three or four chopsticks to beat them separately. Beat until thick and add the remaining one-third of the sugar.

4. Beat until the foam is fine and add the remaining half of the sugar.

5. Beat until it has texture and add all the remaining sugar.

6. Look, does it look like butter? It looks just fine. To what extent is it enough to hit? Just pick up a piece of egg white and pull out a pointed triangle, and keep the tip of the triangle upright without bending. Even if the basin is upright, it won't slide.

7. Add half of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste, mix well, then add the other half, and then mix evenly. Be careful not to turn up, down, left, and right when stirring, so as not to crush the protein foam.

8. Press the cake button. Take it out after keeping warm. Insert a toothpick into the cake. The cake will come out wet, and the toothpick will be wet as well. The surface of the cake will be moist and soft when touched lightly. If it does not form, it means it is not done well. You can gently turn the cake over. Then put it in the pot and heat it for 15 minutes. If the toothpick is dry, it means it is ready. Turn it upside down and you can enjoy the delicious food! Let me show you one that needs to be processed.
