Changde Vocational and Technical College is located in Changde City, Hunan Province. It is a comprehensive higher vocational college organized by Hunan Provincial People's Government, supervised by Changde Municipal People's Government and managed by Hunan Provincial Department of Education. In April 2003, with the approval of Hunan Provincial People's Government, Changde Agricultural School, Changde Health School and Changde Electromechanical Engineering School were merged and formed.
