I conducted many surveys on local cuisine in all parts of Japan.

During the survey, I found that there were delicious dishes everywhere.

such as pork chop fried rice in Hokkaido, Yokosuka fried noodles in Akita,

Italian fried noodles in Niigata, fried rice with fish and eggs in Ishikawa Prefecture,

Ina fried pork noodles in Nagano Prefecture, pork chop rice with red wine and beef sauce in Okayama Prefecture,

raw bonito minced meat in Kochi Prefecture, cold soup in Miyazaki Prefecture, etc.

There are many more.

In a word, the book "One Person's Gourmet Journey" contains

famous local cuisines,

local private dishes and

local dishes that only tourists will eat.

Some of these dishes are well-deserved, some are not very good, some are very impressive,

Of course, some are not to my liking,

But I believe that each dish has some lingering parts,

All of them are local delicacies deeply loved by people.

Although I am not tall and have a small mind,

I am very fond of food.

I am thinking all the time:

"I must try that famous dish ~"

"I really want to eat that dish again ~"

So maybe one day you will suddenly see me wandering around your house, < (... haha. )
