Day 1:

Take the high-speed rail from Guangzhou from the south to Chenzhou in the west (1.5 hours, 174.5 yuan)

In the afternoon, charter a car to Yangtian Lake Prairie for 2-3 hours (chartered car round trip 240 yuan, ticket 50 yuan).

Stay in an inn near Jiang Xiaodong at night (100 yuan per person)

Next day:

Go back to the hotel and rest.

Tips: Yangtian Lake Prairie

Road conditions: The second half of the road is a steep mountain road. Novice drivers should pay attention to safety, and friends who suffer from motion sickness should also pay attention.

Mosquitoes: Although the weather here is cool, there are many mosquitoes.

Weather: Yangtian Lake Prairie is cooler and windier than below. You can bring a small cloak and pay attention to sun protection.

Warm reminder: Xiaodongjiang

Ticket routes: Jiang Xiaodong has several routes, all including plank road tickets. The difference is that there are many other attractions, but personally I think Line 1 is enough.

About fare evasion: Even if you can successfully enter the scenic spot, if you want to walk down the plank road to see the morning fog, you will have to check the ticket if you cast a net at a close distance. If you don’t have a ticket, you can only watch from a distance on the road above. This time, I saw an iron gate on the plank road. I don’t know if it’s to deal with fare evasion.

Fog viewing time: From April to November every year, the fog fills the air before 6 o'clock, rises after 6 o'clock, and basically dissipates at 9 o'clock.
