1, glutinous rice paste
Ingredients: 20 grams of glutinous rice soaked in water and 200 ml of clear water.
Exercise:
1. Put the soaked glutinous rice into a cooking machine and add a little water to make it paste.
2. Pour the glutinous rice water into the pot, add the remaining water, bring it to a boil with high fire, and keep stirring to avoid burning the bottom of the pot.
3. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring while cooking.
4. After cooking, use a strainer to filter out the larger rice grains, and you can eat them.
2, water pear glutinous rice paste
Ingredients: 20 grams of glutinous rice soaked in water, 0/0 gram of pear/kloc, 200 ml of water.
Exercise:
1. Put the soaked glutinous rice into a food processor, add a little water, and beat it into a paste.
2. Wash and peel pears and grind them into mud with tools.
3. Pour the glutinous rice paste and pear paste into the pot, add the remaining water and boil.
4. When cooking rice paste, pay attention to continuous stirring to avoid rice paste sticking to the pot. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes.
Cooked rice paste can be eaten by filtering out larger particles with a sieve.
3. Ginger glutinous rice paste
Ingredients: 3 tbsp ginger juice, glutinous rice150g.
Exercise:
1. Wash and soak glutinous rice until it swells.
2. Put the washed glutinous rice and ginger juice into the pot, stir-fry over low heat, and pour out after stir-frying.
3. After the glutinous rice is slightly cooled, it is ground into fine powder.
4. When eating, take appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and brew it directly with boiling water, or put it in a pot and add water to boil it.
4. Walnut glutinous rice paste
Ingredients: 75g of glutinous rice, 250g of walnut powder, 50g of jujube paste and 250g of sugar.
Exercise:
1. Wash glutinous rice, soak for 2 hours, and grind into glutinous rice flour.
2. Put glutinous rice flour and walnut powder into a basin and add water to make a fine slurry.
3. Add sugar and water to the pot, boil it into syrup, slowly pour the glutinous rice walnut slurry into the syrup, and stir it into a paste while pouring.
4. Add a proper amount of jujube paste to the stirred rice paste and serve.
