This store is also available in Yinchuan, but its taste and reputation are far less than the old one in Dahe Township, Hongsibao Development Zone. Therefore, if you are a foodie and want to eat the best hand-grabbed rice in Ningxia, China and even the world, you must drive to the time-honored store in Dahe Township, Hongsibao to have a taste (Note: you must go to Fankou in advance at noon or dinner, which sells too fast, and it is very likely that Fankou will not serve food! Many people say that mutton is getting cold! Yes, this store is used to show the most unique place of Ningxia mutton-cold mutton is delicious beyond words! My friends in Xinjiang were amazed when they came to eat, thinking that it was far superior to their local mutton! Cold hands must eat sheep's neck, because it is fragrant and has no oil. At present, most of the best shops for mutton offal are concentrated in Yinhe Lane, Zhongshan Street, Yinchuan. Among them, the mutton offal in vocational high school, the mutton offal in Najiahu and the mutton offal in Majia basically represent the peak of mutton offal in Ningxia. Of course, in addition to these families, Lao Zhang's mutton offal at Nanmen South Bridge in Yinchuan is also a bully (only selling breakfast).
