The farmers were poor and only had sweet potatoes and vermicelli at home, so they mixed them together and cooked them for Sun Jian and his men to eat.

After everyone tasted it, they found it extremely delicious.

At this time, suddenly the wind and clouds surged, heavy rain poured down in an instant, and the severe drought suddenly abated.

Since then, Qiantang and Fuyang have had the custom of eating vermicelli for good weather.

Ingredients: sweet potato vermicelli, shredded pork, shredded celery, dried fragrant shreds, and shredded red pepper.
