17 According to the news released by the press conference of the State Council Press Office, the construction of China Space Station is divided into two stages: key technology verification and construction, with six missions planned respectively. The main task of the key technology verification stage is to break through and master a series of key technologies related to the construction and operation of the space station. Since 2020, six missions, including the first flight of Long March V B carrier rocket, the first flight of Tianhe core cabin, the first flight of Shenzhou 12 and Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft, and the first flight of Tianzhou 2 and Tianzhou 3 cargo spacecraft, have been a complete success.
The success of the manned mission of Shenzhou XIII marks the perfect conclusion of the key technology verification stage of the space station and the full realization of the mission objectives, which has laid a solid foundation for the assembly, construction and long-term operation of China's space station. We are organizing a comprehensive system-wide evaluation of the key technologies of the space station in the verification stage, and will fully transfer to the construction stage of the space station after meeting the requirements. In 2022, it is planned to carry out six missions to complete the on-orbit construction of China Space Station and enter the application development stage.
These six missions are: launching the Tianzhou-4 cargo spacecraft in May; In June this year, the Shenzhou 14 manned spacecraft was launched, and three astronauts entered the core module and stayed in orbit for six months. In July, the experimental module of the space station was launched and docked with the Tianhe core module; On June+10/October, 5438, the Meng Tian experimental module was launched and docked with the core module. After that, the third cabin of the space station formed a "T" basic configuration and completed the on-orbit construction of the China Space Station.
Subsequently, Shenzhou 5 cargo spacecraft and Shenzhou XV manned spacecraft will be launched. Shenzhou 15 flight crew consists of three astronauts. After orbiting with Shenzhou 14 astronauts, they will stay in orbit for six months.
On May 10, the Tianzhou-4 cargo spacecraft has flown and completed the autonomous rapid rendezvous and docking with the space station assembly. Only after the flight of Shenzhou XIV can the crew of Shenzhou IV astronauts enter Tianzhou IV to pick up the goods.
On the morning of May 29th, at Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, the combination of Shenzhou XIV manned spacecraft and Long March II F- 14 carrier rocket has been transferred to the launch area, and it is planned to launch in the near future. At present, the facilities and equipment of the launch site are in good condition, and various inspections and tests before launch will be carried out as planned.
Let's meet first.
Astronauts' "special car" round trip.
The Long March II F rocket, which is used to launch the Shenzhou XIV spacecraft, is the only rocket capable of carrying out manned missions in China at present, and has the reputation of "God Arrow". Up to now, Chang-2 F rocket has successfully launched 13 shenzhou spaceship. It can be said that this is a "special car" for China astronauts to travel between heaven and earth.
When it comes to Chang Er F rocket, people should think of reliability and safety. We all know that if there is an emergency in a fighter plane, the pilot will quickly pop out of the cockpit through the ejection seat and use a parachute to escape. On the Chang-2 F rocket, there is also a similar emergency escape device-escape tower, which is mainly used for low-altitude escape. If the rocket fails in the dense atmosphere, the engine of the escape tower will ignite and drag the spacecraft away from the rocket. It is one of the important devices in the escape and rescue system of Chang-2 F rocket.
In addition, Chang Er F also has a fault detection system, which can diagnose the faults of the rocket in real time during the whole standby phase and flight process of the rocket to ensure the safety of astronauts.
Rockets also have backups.
In the construction stage of the space station, in order to ensure the safety of astronauts, it requires rockets and spacecraft to have emergency rescue capabilities, that is, there must be a rocket and a spacecraft on the ground for emergency rescue and ready to enter space at any time.
Commander No.0 of Shenzhou 14 manned mission: "In the space station stage, we started the launch mode of two rockets and two ships, which is often called rolling launch. Once astronauts encounter some very urgent situations in space and need to return urgently, they must start an emergency rescue launch to rescue our astronauts and bring them home. "
Since the Shenzhou-12 mission, rolling launch has become the normal action of Chang-2 F rocket, "launch 1 launch, backup 1 launch", and the two rockets take turns to "stand guard". If the rocket on duty receives an emergency rescue order, it can launch an emergency rescue at any time.
Ask Tian Ge for food, clothing, housing and transportation.
Astronauts must stay in the astronaut apartment "Ask Heaven Pavilion" before going out to war. In order to ensure that every launch mission is foolproof, it is also very important to ensure the astronauts' food, clothing, housing and transportation here, and it is the space service detachment of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center that guarantees this. In order to make the astronauts feel comfortable and warm when they come here, the space service team adjusted and optimized the details.
The dishes are rich and fresh.
The chef team strongly supports it.
Every manned launch mission, we will think about what astronauts usually eat before going out and where these foods come from. In fact, since last year, these ingredients have all come from a refined and high-tech factory-artificial light vegetable factory, where there are all kinds of dishes that are fresh every morning.
In addition to the dishes, the service team also sent a super strong chef lineup this time. In addition to the chefs who have guaranteed many tasks before, they have also added senior pastry chefs, who have created gourmet experiences from various cuisines for astronauts.
Astronauts had been full of praise for beef noodles before, and this time the chef team brought this reserved dish.
Precise monitoring of temperature and humidity
Let astronauts live comfortably.
In fact, "residence" also has many concerns in the exhibition hall. In this mission, the indoor environment where astronauts live is equipped with measuring devices, and the humidity is about 4 1, while the temperature should be set at about 26 degrees. Wen Tian Ge also added an angle-adjustable electric seat, which made the astronauts more comfortable after their stay.
Shenzhou 14 manned flight sign announced, opportunity to launch. According to the China Manned Space Engineering Office, on May 29th, 2022, Beijing time, the combination of Shenzhou XIV manned spacecraft and Long March II F- 14 carrier rocket has arrived at the launch area. At present, the facilities and equipment of the launch site are in good condition, and various functional inspections and joint tests will be carried out as planned.
On the morning of May 29th, at the manned space launch site of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, the Long March 2F carrier rocket carrying the Shenzhou 14 spacecraft crossed1.500m from the technical area, arrived at the launch area, accurately positioned beside the space launch tower, and just waited to hear the horn of flying. "The positioning accuracy is 0!" Applause broke out at the scene, and the mobile launch platform accurately positioned and held the ship and arrow assembly without any difference.
The mobile launch platform is safe.
At about 6: 40 in the morning, the door of the experimental plant slowly opened, and the Shenzhou 14 ship and arrow assembly was about to embark on the expedition.
The total height of the combination of ship arrow and movable launching platform is nearly 70 meters, and the total weight is nearly 800 tons. This tall and big "guy" is firmly fixed on the launch platform by four support points. The whole assembly is like a badminton racket held vertically, top-heavy and "walking" on thin ice. In order to transport the combination of ship and arrow to the launching area safely and smoothly, the vertical transportation speed is generally kept at about 20 meters/minute, which is also convenient for the observers of the walking mechanism to observe the operation situation carefully.
According to Li Baozhan, commander of the mobile launch platform, the seamless rails used in the launch site have undergone strict inspection and precise measurement. Before each transition, they will adjust and measure the accuracy of the movable rail and the fixed rail of the rail transfer vehicle to ensure that the rail alignment accuracy is within the error range.
On the day of the transition, Li Baozhan came to the vertical test workshop early, and began to check the instrument emergency tools and spare parts, check the state of the power transmission control system before power-on, and check the heavy rail and transition route again.
Accurate meteorological support
The weather condition of the launch site will directly affect the stability of the ship-rocket combination transported to the launch site smoothly. Only when there is no thunderstorm, precipitation and sandstorm at the launch site and the shallow wind speed at the height of 0 ~ 80m at the launch site is ≤ 10m/s can vertical transportation be carried out.
At 8: 30 in the morning, the sun is shining on the Gobi Desert. There are still two hours before the Shenzhou XIV rocket is transported vertically to the launch area. Li Zonggang, a meteorological observation technician, will carry out the last equipment condition inspection at the observation site to provide accurate meteorological data for the smooth transfer of the ship-rocket combination to the launch area. At the same time, he is also the closest person to the rocket in the vertical transshipment of God's 14th mission.
During the transshipment of the ship-rocket combination, he and his colleagues will stand on the movable launching platform to monitor the meteorological changes of the rocket body and its surroundings in real time, and report the wind direction and speed within 100 meters in real time, which is the first line of defense to ensure the safety of vertical transshipment.
After the rocket arrived at the launch site safely, the weather at the launch site entered the most critical real-time weather monitoring stage. Recently, dusty weather has frequently struck, and there are many important working nodes. The daily measurement data is very important for the weather forecast of the launch window. From the ground to the sky, paying close attention to the changes of wind, electric field and other factors has become the central work of Li Zonggang.
According to reports, the meteorological support team of the Ministry started the preparations for the Shenzhou 14 mission in an orderly manner as early as the beginning of this year, and successively inspected dozens of sets of meteorological equipment around the launch site and purchased vulnerable meteorological components. At present, the equipment is in good condition, the professional ability and quality of personnel are high, and the emergency handling ability is strong, which fully meets the conditions for carrying out the manned mission of Shenzhou 14.
