3. Stir-fry.
Heat oil in a pot, add carrots first, then spring bamboo shoots, then black fungus, stir-fry for about 1 minute, add tofu, stir-fry evenly, and then pour appropriate amount of water.
I happened to have a lot of tofu puffs at home, so I chopped them up and put them in too.
You can add more other ingredients if you like, or you don’t have to add them if you don’t have them.
Stir well and then add salt.
This dish only requires a little salt to thicken it.
There is no need to add any other condiments, the taste of the ingredients alone is already very delicious!
Since only oil and salt are needed, this dish is also very healthy!
4. Thicken and reduce fire.
The purpose of thickening is to make the taste of the dish more intense and the color of the finished product to be brighter after it is cooked.
If the food looks good, you will have more appetite.
So the presentation of the dishes is also very important!
