Shangxiajiu is at exit D1 of Changshou Road Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 1.

The famous Shangxiajiu Commercial Street is located in Xiguan of the old city, starting from Shangxiajiu Road in the east, crossing Baohua Road and Wenchang Road in the west, with a total length of more than 1,237 meters, and there are many shops in the whole section. It brings together the old Xiguan food culture, Lingnan food culture and Lingnan folk customs in Lingnan culture. The landmark building of Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street is the arcade street that stretches for thousands of meters.

Introduction of Guangzhou Metro Line 1:

GuangzhouMetroLine1 is the first subway line built and operated in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, and the first subway built by local government in China.

On June 28th, 1997, the first phase of the project was put into sightseeing trial operation (from Xilang Station to Huangsha Station), and on February 6th, 1999, the second phase of the project was put into operation (from Huangsha Station to guangzhou east railway station), and it was officially put into operation on June 28th, 1999 (from Xilang Station to guangzhou east railway station), and its logo color was yellow.

Guangzhou Metro Line 1, which starts from Xilang Station, passes through Tianhe District, Yuexiu District and Liwan District, runs through Zhongshan Road and ends in guangzhou east railway station, and generally runs southwest-northeast.
