During the summer vacation that year, my parents took me to Shaxian County.
After trying all kinds of snacks in Shaxian County, I thought about what I had eaten along the way. Yanran found that the taste of Shaxian fish balls and Shaxian sweet siu mai was different, so I savored the fish balls and sweet shao mai carefully.
The taste... I picked up a fish ball with chopsticks and put it in my mouth. I felt that the fish ball was so silky.

Like stars dotting the dish; when making a dish, the fish balls are piled in the middle like pearls, and surrounded by cabbage heart, which is clearly green and white, making people feel refreshed and can't help but double their appetite.
Pick up a piece of siomai with chopsticks and take a bite. The sticky glutinous rice sticks to your teeth, and the salty and sweet taste blends in your mouth. After eating one, you want to eat the second one.
Shaomai, with its rich fillings and thin skin, is fragrant and delicious. It is native to China and has a long history.
