The world is so vast and there are countless delicacies in China, some of which I like.

In Shaxian County, Fujian Province, there is the nationally famous Shaxian snacks.

Many people first know about Shaxian snacks, and then get to know Shaxian and understand Shaxian.

Shaxian snacks have a long history and a strong cultural foundation among the people. They are famous for their wide variety, unique flavor and economic benefits. They are a wonderful flower in the garden of Chinese food culture and have long been famous all over the country.

Therefore, people praise Shaxian County as "Snack City" and "Gourmet City".

In my mind, there are some delicious snacks in Shaxian: Shaxian sweet shaomai, Shaxian glutinous rice cake, Shaxian crispy dried tofu, Shaxian noodles, Shaxian minced meat sesame cakes (commonly known as "Roujiamo"), Shaxian fish balls, Shaxian flatbreads

Meat (flat food), Shaxian gold and silver...etc., but the ones that really taste delicious to me are Shaxian fish balls and Shaxian sweet siomai.

During the summer vacation that year, my parents took me to Shaxian County.

After trying all kinds of snacks in Shaxian County, I thought about what I had eaten along the way. Yanran found that the taste of Shaxian fish balls and Shaxian sweet siu mai was different, so I savored the fish balls and sweet shao mai carefully.

The taste... I picked up a fish ball with chopsticks and put it in my mouth. I felt that the fish ball was so silky.

When you take a bite, the fish soup spurts out, and the flavors of grass carp, silver carp, and bighead carp come out together, lingering in your mouth for a long time... The taste is refreshing and not greasy.

Like stars dotting the dish; when making a dish, the fish balls are piled in the middle like pearls, and surrounded by cabbage heart, which is clearly green and white, making people feel refreshed and can't help but double their appetite.

Pick up a piece of siomai with chopsticks and take a bite. The sticky glutinous rice sticks to your teeth, and the salty and sweet taste blends in your mouth. After eating one, you want to eat the second one.

Shaomai, with its rich fillings and thin skin, is fragrant and delicious. It is native to China and has a long history.

Shaxian Snacks, a famous brand with a long history, has a long history in China, a cultural country.
