The preparation method of chicken feet is as follows:
Ingredients: chicken feet, onions, ginger, garlic, star anise
, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, rock sugar , cooking wine, oil consumption, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce.
Method:
1. Cut the onions, ginger and garlic, wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails.
2. Pour water into the pot, blanch the chicken feet, green onions and ginger in the water and bring to a boil.
