jiannanchun was born in Mianzhu, Sichuan. It was in the Tang Dynasty that people used "Spring" as a famous wine, and Mianzhu was located in Jian Shan Zhinan, hence the name "Jiannanchun". Wine-making here has a history of more than 1, years. As early as the Wude period of the Tang Dynasty (AD 618-625), it was known as burning spring in Jiannan Road. According to the book written by the Tang Dynasty, "Wine has ... cellar spring in Xingyang ... burning spring in Jiannan." "Burning Spring in Jiannan" is a famous wine produced in Mianzhu. According to legend, Li Bai, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty, once "redeemed mink and wine" in Mianzhu in his youth. Since then, Mianzhu wine has described its value as "gold mink, but Luoyang is expensive". Su Shi, a great poet in the Song Dynasty, wrote "The Song of Honey Wine", which was quoted before the poem: "Yang Shichang, a Taoist in Xishu, is good at making honey wine and never indulges in alcohol. I have the strength to write this song to leave it behind." Yang Shichang was a Taoist priest in Wudu Mountain, Mianzhu at that time. This shows that in the Tang and Song Dynasties, Mianzhu's wine was a mellow wine. Mianzhu Daqu, the predecessor of Jiannanchun Liquor, was founded in Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than 3 years.
The earliest wine shop was called "Zhu Tianyi Lingfang", and the owner's surname was Zhu, Ming Yu, a native of Sanyuan County, Shaanxi Province, and he was a brewer. At the beginning, he found Mianzhu water was good, so he moved here and started a wine shop. Later, three Daqu liquor workshops, Bai, Yang and Zhao, opened one after another. It is said that these four families all brewed Daqu liquor with the formula of Shaanxi Lueyang. According to Mianzhu County Records, "Daqu liquor, a local specialty, is mellow in taste, white in color and clear in appearance." Li Tiaoyuan, a litterateur in Qing Dynasty, wrote in "Letter to the Sea": "Mianzhu Qinglu Daqu Liquor is also good for keeping out the cold in summer and winter, which can stop vomiting and diarrhea, remove dampness and miasma in Shan Lan." It has grown to seventeen in the late Qing Dynasty. In 1958, Mianzhu Daqu liquor was renamed "Jiannanchun". Variety: the alcohol content of Jiannanchun wine is divided into 6 degrees and 52 degrees.
Jiannanchun liquor belongs to Luzhou-flavor liquor, which is rich in aroma, mellow and sweet, crisp and refreshing, with a long aftertaste, and has a unique "Qu liquor flavor". Ingredients: Mianzhu Jiannanchun wine takes five kinds of grains, namely red sorghum, rice, wheat, glutinous rice and corn, as raw materials, and Daqu made from high-quality wheat as saccharifying starter. It is made by adopting brewing techniques such as "covering the top of red distiller's grains, entering the pool at low temperature, double-wheel bottom flavoring fermentation, returning sand to wine, cutting off the head and tail, and receiving wine by stages", and after long-term storage, it is carefully blended and seasoned.
In 1922, Mianzhu Jian Nanchun won the first prize in the seventh persuasion meeting in Sichuan Province. In 1928, at the Sichuan Domestic Products Exhibition, he was awarded medals and certificates. Since then, its reputation has been growing day by day, covering the whole country.
