Originally, I wanted to use a blender to make dough, but later I found that the machine was not as fast as manual work, so I changed it to manual work.
When baking dough, the temperature of the pot should not be too high. Just keep the fire low and bake the dough.
Don't put the prepared dough in a single sheet, but pile it up to avoid drying.
