The highest occurrence rate is "Xunti". It's hard to imagine that Nanxun, who loves sweet mouth, would like to eat pig's trotters and cook them so delicious.

Xunti is a famous dish in Nanxun, and it is also a must for local guests. Smoked hoof is made by traditional ancient method, with rosy color, soft and waxy taste, salty and fresh, fragrant but not greasy. After eating the sweet and then having a salty one, it's Nanxun stinky tofu. Nanxun people are famous for eating stinky tofu, no less than Changsha, Hunan. There is a folk saying that "smelly Nanxun is spicy in Wuzhen". Nanxun stinky tofu is simple to make, and can be fried and mixed with sweet onion sauce and chopped green onion.
