Exercise:
1. Soak scallops in warm water and chop them into paste with a knife;
2. Add a small amount of salt, chopped green onion, Jiang Mo and garlic, beat in the eggs and stir evenly clockwise;
3. Cut the loofah into 5 cm long sections, and then dig out the melon meat on one side with a spoon to form a funnel shape;
4. Brew the dried scallop paste into the loofah block, and add a small amount of salmon seeds to each dried scallop paste;
5. Boil half a pot of water, put it in a dish filled with loofah, steam over high fire for 10 minute, and take it out;
6. Put all the ingredients into the pot, boil, make juice, and pour it on the dish.
