Taste shrimp, also known as spicy crayfish and spicy crayfish, is a special snack in Hunan. Although stinky tofu can be seen everywhere in Changsha, it is most famous for its century-old fire palace. Smells bad, tastes good, and is crisp outside and tender inside. In addition to the Fire Palace, many individual stalls scattered in folk alleys taste quite good.
Glutinous rice zongzi is a folk snack of Han nationality in Changsha, Hunan Province, and it is the custom of Dragon Boat Festival. Fold Polygonum cuspidatum leaves into triangular barrels, pour in glutinous rice, wrap them in water chestnut shape, tie them tightly with fine hemp rope, put them in a pot for about two hours, and then mix with white sugar to serve. It tastes delicious and fragrant. There are many varieties of mung beans, red beans, lotus seeds, ham and so on.
